8.25.12 Bearcrawls and Bullshit

working out with Randall is like working out with your favorite stuffy!

20 min run included a sprint every minute on the minute – ended up doing 2.36 miles.  Bodyweight exercises were air squats, chest 2 deck push ups and situps.
