10.26.12 I feel stronger already

Warm-up – will update with warm up on off day so chill the fuck out.

Strength: Front squat 1-1-1-1-1

WOD: 5 rounds for time:

5 front squats 155/105 lbs

10 lateral push offs, side to side, 20 inch box (http://youtu.be/wRUsX5QyLes)

15 grappling shoot throughs (no clue – maybe do paralette type shoot throughs??)
